But getting their app to work initially was overly difficult and the entire system of opening an account here needs improvement to make the process smooth and more customer friendly. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been a member of Aerospace Federal Credit Union for more than 30 years and have financed several vehicles with them even though I have moved out of state. The auto loan process is very easy to do on-line and their loan rate was simply the best! I was exceptionally impressed with Loan Officer Vanessa Dunn. She notified me once loan was approved and stayed in communication throughout the process of buying my new vehicle through Autoland. I encountered no problems and enjoyed how easy it all worked.
